Ranch & Coast Magazine Spring Time Editorial... Cover Girl!!

I recently got booked to do the Ranch and Coast Magazine Spring Editorial for April 2012 and was crazy excited!  My first San Diego based magazine booking!!  The magazine was first established in 1983 as an exclusive Rancho Santa Fe community publication, catering to the needs of one of the most affluent zip codes in the United States.  the publication’s reach and coverage have expanded to add other areas of affluence including South Carlsbad, Olivenhain, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Carmel Valley, Santaluz, and La Jolla — all in addition to the most complete saturation of Rancho Santa Fe available. Ranch and Coast magazine is also offered amongst other premier magazines on the shelves of upscale grocery retailers including Cardiff Seaside Market and Harvest Ranch, and is in-room at several luxury hotels including Park Hyatt Aviara Resort, L'Auberge Del Mar, and Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, to name but a few.  Ranch and Coast magazine’s vibrant and interesting editorial covers a diverse array of topics important to our readers’ lifestyles. It's a busy time of year for fashion and new spring time looks.. Get creative and mix and match old with new pieces.  Be daring, be creative, just be different.. Make sure there's a POP of color..

Spotlight... Hawaii...

So I'm a little behind on this particular blog post.. ok a lot behind. Spotlight Magazine had me featured as one of their cover models recently for Spotlight Kauai Gold AND Spotlight Oahu Gold. You know those little magazines that are scattered everywhere for tourists to grab while roaming around Waikiki.. Yup, my face was everywhere for a period of time on two islands... It's my little way to make the people in Hawaii not forget about me while I'm here on the mainland (insert evil laugh here)...

Dreamy Wedding Photos...

Not MY wedding photos.. I did a few shoots for Hawaii Weddings and Honeymoon Escapes Magazine which is officially out NOW... The photographer Eugene Kam did an excellent job of capturing traditional wedding pictures on location at the Hyatt Hotel in Waikiki.. The gowns came from Masako Formals and flowers by Florist Grand.. Let me tell you, I don't know how those brides hold up the flowers for so long... just posing with those things made my whole arm hurt.. for the record, they were extremely heavy while having to pose exactly how they wanted to show off the dress/gown/location.. being a model can be tough work I tell you! BUT the end product always makes me smile and makes it all worth it.. Here's some snaps of the magazine from my little camera.. I don't want to rip out the pages yet until I know I can get more copies.. so for now, a picture of a picture..





I also did a shoot for Abhasa Spa at the world reknowned Royal Hawaiian Hotel aka the pink hotel.. an iconic staple on the Waikiki skyline.. sighhhhh.. I miss Hawaii..
